refactor: 移除冗余文件并更新配置

- 删除多个不再使用的脚本和数据库文件，包括 `auto_push.bat`, `git_push.bat`, `quick_push.bat`, `init_database.py` 等。
- 更新 `start_dashboard.py` 以使用新的配置管理方式。
- 清理不必要的配置文件和缓存，提升项目结构的整洁性。

此提交旨在简化项目结构并增强代码可维护性。
